By way of an Islamic environment and perpetual emphasis on good character, the San Francisco Islamic School aims to uphold the highest standards to help our students thrive as strong Muslim individuals and leading contributors to society
The San Franciso Islamic School promotes high academic achievement in all course subject matters. Highly qualified staff use hands on manipulatives, computer based learning tools and text books to ensure the success of each and every one of our students. Our curriculum is in line with CA Common Core standards. SFIS teaches the following academic subjects as separate courses: Math, Spelling, Phonics, Literature Comprehension, Writing Skills, Vocabulary, Science, History, and Art.

2 years agoMy son started attending SFIS as kindergarten student. Now he is in 4th grade and loves going to school everyday. It has been a peace of mind for my wife and I knowing our son is going to a safe environment and learning our values.
