Cafe Rumi

I learned about this cafe a few years ago and it has taken me this long to finally make it there. The gluten free chicken wrap was delicious. The chicken was well seasoned and the sauce set it off. I will be back.

Very cute cafe with a variety of food and drinks options. I got a sugar free liced latte with almond milk and a veggie wrap with no feta and it was perfect for lunch before I started teaching my dance classes for the day. The flavors were amazing and the price was great. Hopefully next time I can sit outside and enjoy the typically lovely weather in Castro Valley.

Nice little cafe in Castro valley , had the famous pink tea. The tea tested excellent but just a bit too sweet. The saffron chicken platter was excellent and same was the veggie platter

I found my coffee shop! I had the perfect hot cup of cappuccino today. Very strong but not bitter. Freshly made to order. Generous cup size. The coffee temperature was perfect. Plenty of seating inside with great decor. Very friendly service. Lots of beverage options. The food options also looked good. It's a 20 minute drive from my house but worth it. I will be back!

We've been coming here for years. We catered from Cafe Rumi for a birthday party, and all our friends gave compliments on the food - both vegetarian and with meat. Food and drinks are always tasty and ready quickly. Staff is very friendly, including to our child. Before we had a kid, we'd sit on the couches with a pot of tea and snacks. With our toddler, we've enjoyed sitting outside, where she can walk around a bit.
