Masood has practiced law in California for nearly 20 years counseling clients in business, corporate and estate planning matters. Having worked with clients in various fields from startup tech companies, to health care, to biotech as well as manufacturing and fast food franchisees, his extensive experience and insight is valued deeply by clients. In addition, he has broad experience advising nonprofits in governance and structuring and currently serves on the board of two nonprofit corporations.
