3 years agoAlhamdulillah, such nice mosque near Pacifica. - Good community, nice wudu area, separate place for women, good parking lot. Overall good to have a place for prayer. May allah bless those people who are taking care of the mosque.

10 months agoUnfortunately, my experience at the mosque parking lot today was very disappointing. The person assigned to manage the parking was clearly showing favoritism. He kept repeating “handicap, handicap, handicap” to justify allowing certain people to park in the handicap spots — even though it was obvious he was just reserving the spots for people he personally knew. This kind of biased behavior goes completely against the core values of Islam, which are supposed to be based on fairness, justice, and brotherhood. Such actions can actually push people away from the faith rather than bringing them closer. As the Qur’an says: “Do not let hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just: that is nearer to righteousness.” (Surah Al-Ma’idah, 5:8) I strongly urge the mosque leadership and the Imam to investigate and take appropriate action. Favoritism and discrimination have no place in our religion, especially not at a house of worship. It is our duty to uphold justice and equality for all, not just for those we know. Additionally, if no responsible authority takes action, I want to make it clear that I will not forgive this injustice in this world or in the hereafter.
