The people here are friendly and accommodating. We came for Friday prayer and it was busy but enough for everyone with indoor and outdoor prayer. Please support then with renovation and repair.

AMAZING MOSQUE and review has NOTHING to do with the mosque, but the community in which it sits. This is a beautiful small mosque nestled in a Walnut creek neighborhood ran by some great people, but the community in which it nestled is extremely hateful. Neighbors, who seems to always be someone caucasian/white, will block whole roads and lanes, and actively prevent us from our religious obligations, in direct violation of the FACE Act. They will confront you, yell curse words at you, take pictures in attempts to intimidate you, and then run and call police as if they are the victims. Having lived in the deep south, and areas where Islam is not really known/tolerated, I find it appalling that it is HARDER to fulfill my religious obligations here than it was in those areas. Given how “liberal” California is supposed to be, the racist and hateful vibe the local neighbors gives sure is disappointing.

My first time here as I was visiting this area and need to pray Asr. It's always open and met friendly people who help to show where prayer area and ablution place. Very clean and easy to find.
