Sana’a Cafe is a hidden gem! The food is incredibly tasty, and every dish is prepared with care. The milk tea, in particular, stands out — rich and flavorful, it’s a must-try. The pots and cups used for serving are delicate and add to the authentic experience. The staff here are super friendly and always provide excellent service with a smile. The atmosphere is cozy, and the place is impeccably clean, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying tea, Sana’a Cafe is a delightful experience that shouldn’t be missed.
The place was crowded when I got there in the late afternoon (around 3pm). The Nutella cheesecake was excellent, heavy on the chocolate and light on the hazelnut. It was dense but very moist. The iced Yemeni latte was delicious as well, and the added honey was a delightful flavor
This has quickly become one of my favorite cafes in the neighborhood. They open earlier than others, they have great fatayers (meat/veggie pies), good Yemeni style coffee, and a wonderful interior. Their service is always very good.
I love this Yemeni cafe ! It is always such a pleasant experience.I do not mind the 45 minute drive from my house as I know I will be having a delightful experience .The esthetic of the cafe is beautiful. The staff is always the friendliest and the most welcoming environment. The drinks are all extremely delicious ! My favorite thing to order is the honeycomb with extra honey ! And of course you can never go wrong with the Sana’a iced latte !
Calling Sana’a a cafe is an understatement. The energy when you walk in is so welcoming and cozy. I’ve studied here, had the best conversations here, and just stopped by to chat with the baristas. I love the Adeni Chai (with a request for it to be more sweet) and the Chicken Fatayer when I’m feeling like a snack. The barista, Amgad, was a true gem! I cannot recommend this spot enough.
